What Mocapless does

You upload a rigged 3D character, describe a motion in words, and we generate an animation retargeted onto that character. You download the result as FBX, GLB or BVH.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the characters you upload. We store them only to run your generations, and we do not use your uploads to train models or share them with anyone else.

You confirm you have the right to use every file you upload. Do not upload characters you are not licensed to use.

What you may do with the output

Animations generated on a paid plan may be used commercially, including in games, film and client work, with no attribution required and no per-seat limit.

The free tier is for personal projects and evaluation. Upgrade before shipping commercially.

You may not resell the generated animation data as a standalone motion library, or use the service to build a competing text-to-animation product.

Credits and billing

Everything is priced in credits, roughly one credit per second of animation. The exact cost is shown before you spend anything.

If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically and in full. The refund appears in your credit history.

Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.

Cancel any time from your account; you keep access and any remaining pack credits until the end of the paid period. Unused subscription credits are not refunded in cash.

Fair use

Automated access is welcome through the API on plans that include it. Please stay within the documented rate limits. We may suspend an account that degrades the service for others, and we will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running and to warn you before any planned downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
